Terms, Conditions & Participation Agreement
Welcome to Path of the Visionary™, a transformational mentorship and Life Visioning certification program with Michael Bernard Beckwith.
This program is designed to support deep spiritual development, expanded awareness, personal transformation, and the embodiment of the Life Visioning Process.
These Terms and Conditions are intended to create clarity, protect the integrity of the teachings, and support a respectful, meaningful, and enriching experience for everyone participating in the program.
By registering for, accessing, or participating in Path of the Visionary™, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms.
1. PROGRAM PARTICIPATION
Path of the Visionary™ is an interactive mentorship experience that may include:
· Live online teaching sessions with Michael Bernard Beckwith
· Meditation and spiritual practices
· Life Visioning exercises and activations
· Growth work and personal reflection
· Partner and small-group exercises
· Guest teachers or facilitators
· Workbooks, handouts, readings, audio, video, and other supporting materials
· Session recordings
· Community discussions and online engagement
· Certification training, practicum, and assessments, where applicable
Participants are encouraged to approach the program with openness, presence, personal responsibility, and respect for the experiences of others.
Because of the experiential nature of the mentorship, participants are strongly encouraged to attend live whenever possible.
Certain sessions, exercises, practicums, or certification activities may require live attendance.
2. TECHNOLOGY & PREPARING FOR LIVE SESSIONS
Live online sessions will be conducted through Zoom or another online meeting platform designated by Aum On, Inc.
For the best experience, participants should have:
· A computer or tablet with a working camera, microphone, and speakers
· A stable internet connection
· The most recent version of Zoom installed before the first session
· Headphones or a headset, if helpful

Participants are encouraged to test their equipment and internet connection before each live session.
When entering a session, please keep your microphone muted unless you are speaking. Cameras are encouraged during interactive sessions to support connection and engagement within the group.
Aum On, Inc. will make reasonable efforts to assist with program access; however, participants are responsible for maintaining the equipment, software, internet connection, and technology necessary to participate.
3. PROGRAM COMMUNICATIONS & MATERIALS
Program communications may include:
· Zoom and session links
· Schedule updates
· Recordings
· Workbooks and handouts
· Growth work and assignments
· Spiritual practices
· Reading or listening recommendations
· Certification requirements
· Program announcements
· Technical or administrative information
Materials may be delivered by email, through the program learning platform, or through another designated communication channel.
Participants are responsible for regularly checking the email address used during registration, including spam, junk, and promotional folders.

4. LIVE SESSIONS & RECORDINGS
Live sessions may be recorded.
When recordings are provided, they will generally be made available within approximately 48 hours following the session, subject to processing and technical availability.
Available live-session recordings will remain accessible for six (6) months following the final live mentorship session.
This access period is intended to give participants ample time to revisit the teachings, review missed sessions, and deepen their integration of the material.
Some portions of live sessions may not be included in the recording, particularly when appropriate to protect participant privacy, confidential sharing, or the integrity of an experiential exercise.
The availability of a recording does not replace any live-attendance requirement associated with certification, practicum, assessment, or other required program participation.
Aum On, Inc. cannot guarantee that every live session will be recorded or that every recording will be available in the event of technical difficulties or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
5. WORKBOOKS, HANDOUTS, READINGS & DOWNLOADABLE MATERIALS
Program workbooks, handouts, readings, and other supporting materials will remain available through the online platform for twelve (12) months following the final live mentorship session, unless otherwise noted.
Materials specifically designated as downloadable may be downloaded and retained by participants for their personal educational and spiritual use, subject to the intellectual-property provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
Participants are encouraged to review and download eligible materials before the applicable access period ends.
The expiration of online access does not grant permission to copy, download, reproduce, or retain materials that have not been designated as downloadable.
6. CERTIFICATION MATERIALS & COMPLETION TIMELINE
Certification-specific materials, practicum resources, assessments, and related content will remain available for the period reasonably necessary to complete the certification requirements, subject to the certification completion deadline established by Aum On, Inc.
The applicable certification deadline and any related access dates will be communicated to participants enrolled in the certification track.
Access to certification-specific materials does not extend indefinitely and may conclude once the applicable certification deadline has passed.
The certification completion deadline may differ from the access periods provided for mentorship recordings, workbooks, handouts, readings, or community spaces.
7. COMMUNITY ACCESS
Path of the Visionary™ may include an online community, discussion space, participant group, or other shared platform intended to support connection, reflection, and integration.
Community access may continue for six (6) months following the final live mentorship session.
The community space is intended to support participant connection and appropriate program-related engagement during the integration period.
Aum On, Inc. may reasonably modify, transition, or discontinue the community platform based on program needs, platform availability, or the level of ongoing facilitation provided.
Access to the community does not extend the availability of recordings, certification materials, or other program content beyond their separately stated access periods.
8. COMMUNITY AGREEMENT & PARTICIPANT CONDUCT
Path of the Visionary™ is intended to provide a supportive environment for spiritual exploration, transformation, and authentic connection.
Participants agree to engage with one another respectfully and to honor differing experiences, perspectives, backgrounds, and stages of spiritual development.
Participants are expected to:
· Communicate respectfully and thoughtfully
· Maintain appropriate personal and professional boundaries
· Honor the confidentiality of fellow participants
· Refrain from disruptive, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior
· Refrain from soliciting participants for unrelated products, services, programs, or business opportunities without permission
· Participate in a manner that supports the integrity of the learning environment
If concerns arise regarding a participant’s conduct, Aum On, Inc. will make reasonable efforts to address the matter appropriately.
Aum On, Inc. reserves the right to restrict or discontinue participation when conduct significantly compromises the wellbeing, privacy, safety, or learning experience of the group.
9. CONFIDENTIALITY
The mentorship may include personal sharing, spiritual reflection, partner work, group discussion, practicum sessions, and other experiences in which participants share personal or sensitive information.
To create an environment of trust, participants agree to respect the confidentiality of fellow participants.
Personal stories, experiences, identifying information, or private information shared by another participant may not be recorded, published, posted, repeated, distributed, or shared outside the program without that person’s permission.
Participants are always free to speak about their own experience in the program, provided they do not reveal another participant’s private or identifying information.
While Aum On, Inc. asks all participants to honor these confidentiality agreements, Aum On, Inc. cannot guarantee the actions of individual participants. Participants are therefore encouraged to use their own discernment regarding what they choose to share.
10. PARTICIPANT CONTACT INFORMATION
Any participant directory, group chat, community platform, email list, or contact information made available through the program is intended solely to support appropriate program connection and communication.
Participants may not use another participant’s contact information to:
· Send unsolicited marketing or promotional communications
· Promote or sell products, services, events, classes, coaching, or other offerings
· Add someone to an email list or database without permission
· Add someone to an outside group or community without permission
· Engage in unrelated solicitation
Participation in the program or inclusion in a participant directory does not constitute consent to receive outside marketing or promotional communications.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & USE OF PROGRAM MATERIALS
Path of the Visionary™, its curriculum, teachings, recordings, practices, exercises, workbooks, written materials, audio recordings, video recordings, presentations, downloads, and other program content are protected intellectual property belonging to Aum On, Inc., Michael Bernard Beckwith, and/or their respective licensors, as applicable.
Program materials are provided solely for the personal educational and spiritual development of registered participants.
Unless specifically authorized in writing, participants may not:
· Share program access with an unregistered individual
· Share Zoom links, login information, passwords, or platform credentials
· Allow another person to watch a live session or recording using their access
· Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, upload, sell, license, or publicly share program materials
· Record, photograph, screen-record, or otherwise reproduce live sessions
· Share downloadable PDFs, audio files, videos, workbooks, handouts, or other materials
· Create derivative training materials based substantially upon the program curriculum
· Use program materials to create or promote another course, mentorship, coaching program, workshop, certification, or commercial offering without authorization
These provisions are intended to preserve the integrity of Michael Bernard Beckwith’s teachings and the Path of the Visionary™ program.
12. USE OF PATH OF THE VISIONARY™ AND LIFE VISIONING MATERIALS
Participation in or completion of the program does not transfer ownership of the Path of the Visionary™ curriculum, Life Visioning materials, trademarks, copyrighted materials, or other intellectual property.
Certification does not automatically grant permission to reproduce, publish, license, modify, or commercially distribute proprietary materials.
Any right to teach, facilitate, present, or professionally use the Life Visioning Process or related proprietary materials will be governed by the specific permissions, standards, guidelines, and licensing terms associated with the certification.
Participants may not represent themselves as employees, agents, official representatives, authorized spokespeople, or partners of Michael Bernard Beckwith or Aum On, Inc. unless a separate written agreement provides such authorization.
13. CERTIFICATION
Participants enrolled in the certification track understand that registration in the program does not, by itself, guarantee certification.
Certification represents satisfactory completion of the requirements established for the program.
Certification requirements may include:
· Payment of all tuition and program fees
· Completion of required mentorship coursework
· Attendance at required live sessions
· Completion of growth work and assignments
· Participation in partner or small-group exercises
· Completion of practicum or demonstration requirements
· Completion of assessments or evaluations
· Demonstration of an appropriate understanding of the Life Visioning Process
· Demonstration of professional and ethical conduct consistent with the principles of the program
· Completion of any additional requirements communicated during the certification process
Aum On, Inc. will determine whether the applicable certification requirements have been satisfactorily completed.
If a participant completes the mentorship but does not fulfill the certification requirements, a certificate of participation or completion may be issued when appropriate.
14. NATURE OF THE CERTIFICATION
The Path of the Visionary™ Life Visioning Certification acknowledges completion of the training standards established by Aum On, Inc.
The certification is not an academic degree, state-issued professional license, medical credential, psychotherapy credential, mental-health credential, legal credential, or other government-regulated professional designation.
Participants are responsible for understanding and following any laws, professional regulations, licensing requirements, ethical guidelines, insurance requirements, or business requirements that may apply to their own professional activities.
15. PHOTO, VIDEO, AUDIO & RECORDING CONSENT
Because Path of the Visionary™ is an interactive online program, live sessions may include the image, voice, name, questions, comments, and participation of attendees.
By participating in live sessions, participants understand that they may appear in program recordings.
These recordings may be used to:
· Provide course archives to registered participants
· Support program delivery and education
· Train or support program facilitators
· Maintain internal program records
Aum On, Inc. may also wish to use selected photographs, video, audio, testimonials, or participant contributions for promotional or educational purposes.
Where appropriate, additional permission may be requested for uses that extend materially beyond the delivery and documentation of the program.

16. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY & SCOPE OF THE PROGRAM
Path of the Visionary™ is a spiritual education, mentorship, personal-development, and certification program.
The teachings and practices are designed to support spiritual awareness, transformation, self-discovery, expanded consciousness, and engagement with the Life Visioning Process.
The program is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental-health condition and is not a substitute for:
· Medical care
· Psychological or psychiatric care
· Psychotherapy
· Legal advice
· Financial advice
· Other licensed professional services
Participants are responsible for their own wellbeing, choices, decisions, relationships, professional activities, and application of the teachings.
If you are experiencing a medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional concern, please consult an appropriately qualified professional.
17. RESULTS & OUTCOMES
The Path of the Visionary™ program is designed to provide teachings, practices, mentorship, tools, and opportunities for transformation.
Because every participant’s circumstances, participation, practice, and personal journey are unique, Aum On, Inc. and Michael Bernard Beckwith do not guarantee any specific spiritual, personal, professional, financial, health, relationship, business, or other outcome as a result of participation.
18. TUITION & PAYMENT
Participants agree to pay the tuition and fees associated with the registration option selected.
For participants using an installment or payment plan, scheduled payments will be processed according to the terms agreed to during registration.
Unless otherwise provided in the Refund Policy, participation in a payment plan represents a commitment to the full tuition amount.
If a scheduled payment becomes past due, Aum On, Inc. may temporarily pause access to program materials, recordings, live sessions, community spaces, or certification activities until the account is brought current.
All program balances must be paid in full before certification may be awarded.
Participants experiencing an unexpected payment issue are encouraged to contact the program team promptly.
19. REFUND & TRANSFER POLICY
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to:
The following policy applies unless otherwise stated at the time of registration:
· Refund requests submitted before the first live program session are eligible for a full refund.
· Requests submitted after the first session but before the beginning of the second session are eligible for a refund equal to 75% of the tuition paid, less a $25 administrative fee.
· Refunds are not available once the second program session has begun.
· Tuition and payments may not be transferred to another individual, course, retreat, event, or program.
· Missed sessions, scheduling conflicts, participant-side technical issues, incomplete assignments, withdrawal from the program, or failure to complete certification requirements do not independently qualify a participant for a refund.
· Participants enrolled in a payment plan remain responsible for the tuition obligation unless a refund or cancellation has been approved under this policy.
Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original method of payment.
20. PROGRAM CHANGES
Aum On, Inc. intends to deliver Path of the Visionary™ substantially as described at the time of enrollment.
However, the nature of a live mentorship program may occasionally require reasonable adjustments.
Aum On, Inc. may make changes to:
· Session dates or times
· Program schedule
· Guest teachers or facilitators
· Curriculum sequencing
· Technology platforms
· Practicum or certification requirements
· Supporting materials
Participants will be informed of material program changes as reasonably practicable.
If a session must be rescheduled, reasonable efforts will be made to provide an alternative date, recording, or comparable learning opportunity.
In the unlikely event that Aum On, Inc. cancels the program, participants will be informed of the applicable refund, credit, rescheduling, or alternative arrangement.
21. THIRD-PARTY TECHNOLOGY
The program may use third-party services such as Zoom, online learning platforms, email platforms, community platforms, payment processors, or other technology providers.
Use of these services may also be subject to the terms and privacy practices of the applicable third-party provider.
While reasonable care will be taken in selecting and administering these platforms, Aum On, Inc. cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party technology.
22. PROGRAM ACCESS SUMMARY
For clarity, unless otherwise communicated for a specific resource:
· Live session recordings: available for six (6) months following the final live mentorship session
· Workbooks, handouts, readings, and supporting materials: available for twelve (12) months following the final live mentorship session
· Downloadable materials: may be retained for personal educational use, subject to these Terms and Conditions
· Certification-specific materials: available through the applicable certification completion period and deadline
· Community space: available for six (6) months following the final live mentorship session
Access is provided exclusively to the registered participant and may not be shared, resold, assigned, or transferred without written permission from Aum On, Inc.
23. ACKNOWLEDGMENT & AGREEMENT
By completing registration and participating in Path of the Visionary™, you acknowledge that:
· You have reviewed and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
· You understand the nature and scope of the program.
· You understand the applicable access periods for recordings, course materials, certification resources, and community spaces.
· You understand the applicable payment and refund policies.
· You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of fellow participants.
· You agree to protect the intellectual property and program materials provided to you.
· You understand that certification is subject to successful completion of the applicable requirements.
· You accept personal responsibility for your participation and application of the teachings.
These shared agreements help preserve the integrity of the teachings while creating a respectful, supportive, and transformational environment in which participants can fully engage in the Path of the Visionary™ experience.
